From heirloom cultivars in the protected forests in the Kaffa zone of southwestern Ethiopia (which is reputed to be the birthplace of the Arabica coffee plant) comes this lovely bean that is fully washed and sun-dried on raised beds. Look for notes of baker’s chocolate, lemon zest and delicate florals.
