Purchased directly from the grower, this tea was raised in a mountain garden in Yunnan Province in south western China. It is pure bud (100% tippy) black tea, plucked expertly from tea trees of the white downy cultivar. The fat, golden buds produce a rich, aromatic liquor that is complex with notes of flowers and honey.
