An amazing, classic coffee from the birthplace of coffee cultivation. The small beans produce a rich, full-bodied cup with complex earthiness. At this medium roast, look for distinct notes of dried fruit (partly due to the bean being dried with the cherry or husk on) along with rich notes of dark chocolate . Also find hints of tobacco, cinnamon, and cardamom. This Yemen is from a terroir known as “Khulani”, which is a designation of superior beans (similar to the status of “Kona” in Hawaii).
