From a co-op of 101 women in the Santo Antonio do Amparo municipality in the heart of the Minas Gerais region of Brazil comes this natural bean with remarkable sweetness, strong chocolate and caramel notes, full-bodied texture, and citrus acidity. Named “Nascentes” (Portuguese for where something starts), the coffee honors its geography near the headwaters of some of the greatest rivers in the world and the start of the women’s co-op.
